If you think the product is defective or needs to be returned due to the seller's reasons, we can also provide you with a return service. Provided that the item to be returned meets the following return requirements:

The seller's reason. Including but not limited to the seller sending the wrong product, not delivering the product on time, etc.

Please apply for a return within 35 days from the delivery date. If it exceeds 35 days, please contact us and inform us of the relevant reasons. We will deal with it according to the current situation.

Tips: If you find that the outer packaging is damaged/opened when you receive the package, please take some photos or videos and send them to us when you make a return application.

Other laws and regulations exempt from warranty liability:
- If the product is returned due to your reasons, the return shipping fee shall be borne by you personally.
- If the product is returned due to the seller's reasons, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the seller.

REFUNDS
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Our warranty includes a complimentary 365-day period starting from the date of purchase for all products on musclepeaks.com. After this duration, maintenance services are available with the customer bearing transportation and service charges.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not cover products affected by accidents, neglect, misuse, improper assembly, abnormal conditions, modifications, or uses beyond design specifications. Normal wear and tear is not covered. The warranty cannot be changed or transferred.
TRANSFER AND LIMITATIONS
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from Muscle Peaks and cannot be transferred. Warranty services are limited to the Service Territory. If the product is outside this territory when service is requested, warranty support is not provided. It is the user's responsibility to keep the product within the Service Territory for warranty services."
