REFUNDS
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Our warranty includes a complimentary 365-day period starting from the date of purchase for all products on musclepeaks.com. After this duration, maintenance services are available with the customer bearing transportation and service charges.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not cover products affected by accidents, neglect, misuse, improper assembly, abnormal conditions, modifications, or uses beyond design specifications. Normal wear and tear is not covered. The warranty cannot be changed or transferred.
TRANSFER AND LIMITATIONS
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from Muscle Peaks and cannot be transferred. Warranty services are limited to the Service Territory. If the product is outside this territory when service is requested, warranty support is not provided. It is the user's responsibility to keep the product within the Service Territory for warranty services."
We offer a free 365-day warranty from the date of receipt on all items sold on musclepeaks.com. Beyond this period, we continue to offer maintenance services; however, the customer is responsible for any transportation and service fees incurred.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Warranty service does not apply to any product affected by:

Warranty service is not transferable to subsequent product owners or users - or otherwise provided to anyone other than the original retail purchaser who purchased the product directly from Muscle Peaks.
SERVICE TERRITORY LIMITATION
You acknowledge and agree that the Company's obligation to provide warranty and after-sales service is strictly limited to the Service Territory. If the Product is located outside the Service Territory at the time the service request is made, the Company shall have no obligation to provide warranty services or support. It is Your responsibility to ensure that the Product remains within the Service Territory should You require warranty or after-sales service.

What size plates can be used? Is it a 2” opening?

Can the barbell come off from the smith machine?
The barbell cannot come off. You may disassemble it and then use it that way but it will still have the smith safety hooks on it.
I see the cable handle on the picture. Will it be included in the accessories?
Yes, it's included. Not only that, our cable handle has 5 different heights. You can adjust the appropriate height and position according to your height and training needs to complete the best strength training for you.
What attachments does this come with? Any bars or handles for cross over, rope for triceps, etc?
We will be equipped with J hooks, dip bars, t-bar, leg hold-down attachment, footboard, landmine, pulley sleeve slidings, resistance band pegs, lat pull-down bar, cable bar, tricep rope, and safety bar.
